Living in North Carolina, I see plenty of Pres. Obama's anti-Romney ads, including the infamous Big Bird flop. But I started thinking about why the President's team might be holding off on the obvious tactic of showing clips of Romney espousing contradictory ideas and then asking the question, "If you vote for him, which Mitt Romney will you be voting for." I'm thinking that the President's team surely cannot be missing such a huge target. They know they have diminishing returns on their messages, so they decided to first paint Romney as a corporate fat cat, and then go after the "all over the map" criticism. I'm hoping and expecting to see a wide swath of flip flop ads before the election -- if the President's team leaves such a deserved and wide target alone, they will regret it. It's not un-presidential to point out inconsistencies in character that can be verified on tape.
